9-38 Front Tires, 16.9-38 Rear Tires, Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel. The engine started and ran with damage. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. The hydraulic system was operational. The main components appear to be in place and operational. The Cab/Canopy Overhead Structural Framework and radiator are damaged, glass is broken out and the hood will not open.
